These interim terms govern use of OpenWorld during its preview release.

1. Accepting these terms
By using OpenWorld (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept on its behalf.
“We” means the individuals who build and operate OpenWorld. No company has been incorporated yet, and the Service is provided informally on the basis set out below. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. This is a free preview
The Service is provided free of charge for evaluation. It is unfinished, may contain defects, and may change, break, lose data, or be discontinued at any time. We may suspend or end your access, and delete your content, at any time and without liability to you. There is no service level commitment and no guarantee of availability, support, or data durability.
3. Your content and what not to upload
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant us permission to store, process, and serve it only as needed to operate the Service for you and to deliver it to the AI assistants you authorize. You are responsible for having the rights to upload it.
Keep your own backup of anything you care about. We do not guarantee that your content will be retained or recoverable.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the Service to break the law or infringe anyone’s rights, and do not:
- try to reach another user’s data or bypass permissions, rate limits, or authentication;
- attack, overload, probe, or reverse engineer the Service;
- upload malware or use the Service to harass or deceive anyone;
- resell the Service or pass it on to others.
API tokens act as credentials. You are responsible for keeping them secret and for everything done with them. Revoke a token in the console if it may have been exposed.
5. AI output
The Service supplies context to third-party AI assistants; it does not control what they produce. Assistant output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading even when it reads convincingly. Review it before relying on it. Nothing produced through the Service is legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Assistants are operated by third parties under their own terms, and choosing which ones to authorize is your decision and your risk.
6. No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor any individual involved in building or operating the Service is liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, nor for any lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or relating to the Service — even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us to use it (which, during the free preview, is nothing) or US$100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Your responsibility
You agree to cover us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from the content you upload, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or someone else’s rights.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops, and the date at the top will reflect the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it. See also our Privacy policy. Questions go to [email protected].
